Scene 1
First there was fire on the immortal mountain, Nimrod, whose peak rises into the heavens. First everything, that is, all the creation was blessed in fire, and then it was dipped in flame with the sacred language of the body and presented to the sun.
In the place where East first embraced West before the world’s first memorial to peace on the mount of fire an Anatolian Prometheus brought fire to humanity. And it flowed like a river of light across the earth, spreading and taking on life.

Motifs:
Motifs are inspired by the Shaman Turks of Central Asia, the Zoroastrians and Yezidi Kurds, Alevi Moslem dances and the folkdances of Southeastern Turkey.
Scene 2
Zeus-Ahura Mazda sends storms to bring the fire to the humanity, and for a moment considers treating humans after their own fashion. As the punishment of gods, he sends Pandora, along with all the evil existing. Now these lands are ruled by evil which, seizing Prometheus, binds him in chains. Zeus-Ahura Mazda will feed the eagles with the liver of the chained Prometheus. The war between good and evil has begun. The good comes to free Prometheus, who brought humanity out of the darkness, into the light, from his chains. It is war to the death. But the god Zeus-Ahura Mazda calls the forces of evil to bring victory in this war.

Act 2
Scene 1
Along the roads that migrants travel, life ebbs away, as now upon row of migrant people flow into the wounded lands of Anatolia. All the colors are defeated and then born again together. Death is a low defeat. Anatolia is an ancient dirge... From the day the war between good and evil began, victory was wrestled seized from one side to the other. Laments ring in the heavens. These, the world’s most ancient laments, are raised in lament again on those same lands by those who have been defeated.
But there is always hope. It appears suddenly in the form of human warmth or a spark of flame. He appears in a mystic wind; calling all the spirits and all the humanity to join in the magical whirling dance. Cloaked in fresh and bone, he is a modern Prometheus. He creates and renews all. And so begins the dance of rebirth and reckoning.
The Army of light surrounds the Forces of Darkness. Victory spreads in waves across the soil of Anatolia.

Motifs:
Motifs are influenced by Eastern Anatolian, Western Aegean, Istanbul and Black Sea dances.
Scene 2
Now in Anatolia the war of drums is heard. Good and evil are ranked one against the other. Two armies are fighting to the last man. First one side prevails, then the other. First the women make peace among themselves, then the men. Now the drums beat for peace. Humanity has been vanquished by its own innate goodness. Anatolia is good; humanity is good. All sides are at peace. The created and the creator join hands swearing oaths of allegiance to peace.

Scene 3
Anatolia is a rainbow. A rainbow of all colors, where the water is deep, the earth is hard, and the mountains are high and the plains scorching.
And now there is a dance of peace among all the colors, both on the water and on the land. However the war effects those colors in their hearts; now they experience the wonder of peace, expressed in their joyous dances.

Motifs are inspired by Western Turkish and Balkan Dances.
